Once the house is framed up, it’s time for the trades to come in and run everything in the walls.

To be prepared, there are a few things that should be on-site for the plumber. The valves for the showers, the water heater, and the bathtubs. You’ll also need to be ready with any information that your electrician or HVAC crew needs. For example, if the plan is to run under cabinet lighting, low voltage wiring will have to be run. Your HVAC crew will need to know where to put the mechanical closet, where to run chases, and where to set the condenser.
